Within the standard of learning environment, I aspire to become a more efficient and effective as a teacher with the skills that fall within the learning environment standard. I plan to do this by maximizing instruction time while minimizing disruptions, exhibiting respect for the student’s diversity, and working with individual students as well as small and large groups. Through these strategies I want my students to trust their learning environment so they can feel safe to take educational risks to enhance their learning.
